Kris B Images is a wedding and portrait photography business based in Prince George's County, Maryland, serving Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Kris B Images, and "you" means anyone who visits krisbimages.com or contacts us.

Information you give us. When you fill in an enquiry or contact form, email, call or text us, we may collect:

• event or session details, such as dates, locations, the type of session, package choices and the number of people involved;

06Your photographs

Images from your session or event are delivered to you through a private online gallery. Any use of client images on this website or our social media follows the terms of your signed agreement. If you would like an image removed from the website, contact us and we will take care of it.

07How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the length of our working relationship and any period required for accounting, tax or legal reasons. After that, we delete or securely archive it.

08Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Just email krisbimages@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

09Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Sessions involving minors, such as prom or graduation photos, should be arranged by a parent or guardian.
